When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day of purchase.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
All orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days nationwide, depending on how far your address is from London. Your tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched (usually by the next working day).
How Do I Cancel an Order?
We aim to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible. If you placed an order in error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bulksellmart.co.uk to request a cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, we can assist you with a return.
What Is Your Return Policy?
If there is an issue with your order (defective item, wrong item received, damaged in transit, etc.), please contact us within 180 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions. If approved, a replacement will be sent.
