Wine Gang Shiraz

The Gang have listened to the people and created a medium bodied Shiraz that still has great length; great accompaniment with friends for a dinner party or grazing platters on a sunny afternoon.

Cool conditions leading up to the vintage harvest allowed for slow ripening. producing excellent fruit quality.

Grapes are specially selected from small parcels of vines in South Eastern Australia. The vines are carefully cultivated to our specifications. with low yields producing intensely flavoured grapes of outstanding quality

The Drover Shiraz Cabernet

A delicious blend of Shiraz and Cabernet creating a dark cherry and plum with notes of mocha spice flavours. A bright wine made in an easy drinking style.

A mild spring and good growth of the canopy protected the fruit from the hot summer this season. producing rich ripe fruit this vintage. Harvested in early March when the baume 13.5. fermented in stainless steel tanks

Outback Jack Cabernet Merlot

This Cabernet Merlot shows well defined varietal characters of ripe dark cherries. plum and black currant mixed with hints of toasty oak. The palate is soft yet full-bodied with ripe flavours of plum. black currant and berry and great length of flavour.

In the vineyard a warm. dry summer provided a clean and disease free vintage with great ripening conditions across all regions. No significant rain fell during the ripening period and despite some hot days. extended heat waves through the growing season has given all the 2019 reds and abundance of ripe fruit characters.

Gossips Merlot

A rich. ripe & juicy palate of raspberry & plum fruit. Contains a smooth. warm finish.

Summer started with cool mornings and nights. with slow ripening producing excellent fruit with no diseases.
