The palate is light and lively with strawberry gelato. musk. tropical fruit flavours and a dash of sherbet fizz. Subtly sweet on the mid palate. the finish is crisp and refreshing.

About The Winery

Muscat grapes for this wine are sourced from a number of vineyards in the warm inland regions of South Australia. Fruit is harvested in the cool of the evening in order to preserve fruit freshness and aromatics. Cool fermentation with aromatic yeast strains retains the lovely varietal flavours of Muscat. The ferment is stopped early to maintain the perfect balance between natural acidity and grape sugar in the final blend.
