Use correct abbreviations and spacing. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect information or for orders returned due to inaccurate addresses.
All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and dispatch.
UK Deliveries Only: All orders are shipped directly from our UK fulfilment centre. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
Restricted items (such as hazardous materials or aerosols) cannot be dispatched. If an order contains such items, it will be cancelled and refunded.
The customer is responsible for the cost of any return shipping for refunds or exchanges.

We will always do our best to assist you, but we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or stolen in transit. If you are unable to locate your parcel, please contact the courier directly to raise a claim.
